All rates shown in your confirmation are for one or two persons unless you added an additional person when booking. We do ask that all children are 12 or older on Friday or Saturday nights. There are additional charges for more than two guests, whether adults or children.

There is a two-night minimum every weekend. This can be a Thursday/Friday, Friday/Saturday, or Saturday/Sunday. Sometimes we have one-night availability on a weekend night, depending on how the reservations fall. Please call to check one-night availability.

We are sorry, but we do not accept pets.

We are a completely non-smoking property both inside and outside – without exception. If smoking occurs, there will be a $250 cleaning fee to prepare the room for the next guest.

If you would like a room with more than one bed, we have daybeds in Lavender Suite, Sunrise Suite, Downstairs Suite of the Carriage House, and the Hidden Hideaway. The Purple Sage Cottage has two queen beds.

For reservations of more than four accommodations, (this means people who are traveling together, even if everyone makes their own reservation), please call and speak to us at 830-644-8488. There are also different cancellation policies for group reservations.

There is a $20 cancellation fee if you cancel more than ten days in advance of your scheduled stay. If a cancellation is made less than ten days before the scheduled stay, you will be responsible for the full amount of the stay.
