Your room will be open, with the key waiting for you inside. You are welcome to check in anytime after 3 p.m. When you arrive, please text or phone us at 830-644-8488 if you have any questions, or if you need any recommendations to help you enjoy your stay!
All rates shown in your confirmation are for one or two guests unless an additional guest was included when booking. For accommodations with more than two guests, there will be an additional charge of $50 per additional guest, per night (both adults and children). For the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests, children must be at least 12 years old and accompanied by parents while on the property.
Pets are not allowed. Rose Hill Retreat reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee of up to $500 if this policy is violated.
Rose Hill Retreat is a completely non-smoking property, both indoors and outdoors, without exception. Rose Hill Retreat reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee of up to $500 if this policy is violated.
If you need accommodations with more than one bed, daybeds are available in the Lavender Suite, Sunrise Suite, Green Suite, Downstairs Suite of the Carriage House, and Hidden Hideaway. The Purple Sage Cottage has one king bed and one queen bed.
For groups reserving more than four accommodations, including guests traveling together who make separate reservations, please call Shannon at 830-644-8488. Please note that separate cancellation policies apply to group reservations.
If you need to cancel your stay, a $20 cancellation fee applies to cancellations made more than 10 days before your scheduled arrival. For cancellations made 10 days or fewer before your scheduled arrival, you will be responsible for the full amount of the stay.
