Rose Hill Retreat is an AAA Four Diamond country inn set on 38 acres high on a hilltop in the middle of the Texas Hill Country. Our eighteen accommodations — four suites in the main building, four ultra suites in Magnolia Hall, eight cottage suites, and two individual cottages — all have private baths, sitting areas, and wet bar areas, and most look out over miles of countryside.
Cookies, Breakfast & Quiet
Every stay includes breakfast — a full hot breakfast Wednesday through Sunday, and fresh-baked muffins and breads on Monday and Tuesday, our famous chocolate chip cookies, and access to the refreshment area for tea and sodas. Breakfast is served in the main dining room or on the front porch. Rooms are spacious with full private baths; many have private decks, indoor sun porches, or valley views. Rose Hill Retreat provides a peaceful and quiet escape from the world – a place to stop, rewind, and rediscover yourself.
The Poppy House
The Poppy House is a private three-bedroom house right here on the property, just steps from the Pedernales Cellars winery next door. Oversized beds, fire pits under the Hill Country stars, Texas pecan coffee in the morning make it a favorite for families and small groups who want a whole house to themselves.
